Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, package, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. It does not include delivery transit time.
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. We will do our best to communicate significant delays.
