Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Candles must be unused, unburned, and unopened.
Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us through the Contact page on our website within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. Please package returned candles securely to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully package every River & Reign order. However, if your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5 business days of approval. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.
Nonreturnable Items
Candles that have been burned, used, or opened are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.
